    Responsibilities

    The HR team implements HR practices and objectives that will provide a people-first, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.  

    • Responsible for assisting with 401k audit tasks and the development of HR procedures, processes, and manuals in support of the HR Department.
    • Evaluate 401k documents, reports, and personnel files to assist with the audit process as well as refine existing HR operational procedures and processes to develop HR manuals.
    • Perform a variety of other business tasks in support of the HR Department.

    Qualifications

    Current college students, graduate students, or recent graduates (within one year) are eligible to apply.  Average GPA 3.0 and higher.  This position will requires experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, or other spreadsheet and word processing applications and decision support tools.

    • High Energy Levels. Should be self-driven.
    • Strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills.
    • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities, based on a team building culture.
