    Responsibilities

    The Enterprise Privacy Policy Engine (EPPE) project team develops and enhances functionality for CMS’ Data Use Agreement (DUA) management process. In addition to development, the EPPE team conducts operation and maintenance to existing functionality and runs the EPPE Help Desk to assist application users. The EPPE team follows the Agile Development Methodology.  

    • Provide general administrative support to the EPPE project. These duties include organizing SharePoint, assisting with meeting materials, project reports, and dashboards.
    • Assist with finalizing training slide decks for upcoming releases.
    • Assist with creation and review of User Stories.

    Qualifications

    Current college students, graduate students, or recent graduates (within one year) are eligible to apply.  Average GPA 3.0 and higher. Please see requirements below. 

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), and organizational skills.
    • Should be detail oriented.
    • Should have the ability to multitask and meet identified delivery dates.
    • Should be self-driven.
    • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Priorities may change due to the Agile nature of the project.
    • Must have the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
    • Should be extremely facts and data oriented.

    • High Energy Levels. Should be self-driven.
    • Strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills.
    • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities, based on a team building culture.
