    The Service Delivery department is responsible for the client interfacing between projects and external clients. This individual will assist with processes, delivery functions and procedures that support service delivery.

    • Identifies risks and participates in risk management and mitigation processes.
    • Assist with customer and internal relationship management.
    • Supports in the identification and resolution of customer issues and concerns.
    • Support the development of work plans, Project Management Plans and schedules as required for project management.
    • Participates in planning and scheduling activities with customers, project managers, and relevant customer groups.
    • Provides a point of collaboration between the program management team on assigned project/programs.
    • Coordinates and collaborates with other functional customer and corporate areas as required.
    • Collaborates with all task areas on the program to develop and manage schedules and plans, obtain status, resolve issues, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
    • Supports meeting management activities in support of task area - setting up calls, meeting minutes, etc.



    Current college students, graduate students, or recent graduates (within one year) are eligible to apply.  Average GPA 3.0 and higher.  This position will requires experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, or other spreadsheet and word processing applications and decision support tools.

    • Strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills.
    • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities, based on a team building culture.
