    Responsibilities

    The Recruiting team manages the candidate sourcing and selection processes from start to finish, for internal, external and contingent needs, always providing high-caliber candidates that will continue to advance a culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, standards and productivity.    

    • Will be responsible for assisting in identifying, sourcing and hiring candidates in-line with NewWave qualities and standards.  
    • Perform effective sourcing by utilizing job boards, social media, internal databases and creative alternative methods.
    • Asist in scheduling and coordinating interviews for both in-person interviews and over the phone interviews.
    • Effectively utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).  
    • Assist with referral programs, career fairs, and other special projects.
    • Will help ensure NewWave is compliant with all applicable employment laws, as well as OFFCP compliance.
    • Perform a variety of other business tasks in support of the Recruiting Department.

    Qualifications

    Current college students, graduate students, or recent graduates (within one year) are eligible to apply.  Average GPA 3.0 and higher. This position will requires experience using MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, or other spreadsheet and word processing applications and decision support tools.
