    We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Systems Admin to join our team. Looking for someone who can become a leader in this area with strong communication skills to work with various technical product development teams with a constant eye on continuous improvement.

    • Strong experience with Atlassian tools to include but not limited to JIRA Service Desk, Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, and Bamboo.
    • Experience with Database software (knowledge in SQL is required)
    • Architect plan to implement CI/CD (Continuous integration and continuous delivery)
    • Responsible for site stability, performance and troubleshooting site issues.Provide monthly system performance reports.
    • Ensure users follow security best practices.


    •  A strong background working in a Atlassian Suite as an engineer performing installations, migrations and maintenance
    • Excellent written and oral communication.
    • Be organizational (you may have many open tickets at the same time) and be able to multi-task.
    • On-call after hours for emergencies.
    • Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC) products such as Terraform, Puppet / Chef / Kubernetes is a plus.
    • Monitor site stability and performance and troubleshoot site issues.
    • Knowledge of Power BI, Access and MySQL


    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

    • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities, based on a team building culture.
