The Senior Knowledge Engineer job includes developing and maximizing the value an organization achieves through “knowledge.” Incumbent will leverage the intellectual capital in the organization to produce and publish information with the goal of sharing know how/capabilities, capitalizing on customer relationships, exploiting success stories, sharing best practices, documenting innovation, and optimizing knowledge articles for our clients and other PR purposes. The Senior Knowledge Engineer through gap analysis, metric evaluations, working with SMEs, will edit and publish frequent content to expand the company’s knowledge base and support strategic company initiatives. More definition of this role will occur during the initial 90-day period, therefore incumbent must demonstrate commitment and flexibility as the organization optimizes for future growth.
