The Sr Quality Analyst will assist with system compliance and deliverable audits, as well as support of deliverable creation with documentation review and tracking. The candidate must be very organized, highly motivated individual, able to work with multiple teams both independently and as part of the team.

  • Support the Program Manager in the maintenance of Program deliverables.
  • Support the maintenance of core documented processes and procedures.
  • Support teams in identifying opportunities for improvements.
  • Assist with system appraisals, walkthroughs, assessments, formal quality audits, and inspections.


  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or at least 5 years of experience in the field or a related area
  • 5+ years of experience working in a quality assurance or PPQA role
  • Experience with CMMI for Development and Services to include ML3 and ML4
  • Understand how to apply quality standards to software and services
  • Familiarity with tools, concepts, and methodologies of quality management
  • Understanding of Agile Software Development/Engineering environments 
  • Excellent analytical abilities
  • Ability to effectively multi-task



• Experience with LEAN / Six Sigma, and/or PMI methodologies a plus
• ISO 9001
• ASQ Certification



• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Microsoft Project
• Microsoft Visio
• SharePoint


Residency Requirement

  • Must have lived in the United States at least 3 out of 5 years.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills - must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
  • Should be deadline and closure oriented, work under tight time constraints with changing requirements.

  • Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work with cross functional teams including senior level individuals.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities, based on a team building culture.
