NewWave is currently looking for a Project Coordinator who will support the project. The qualified candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities including providing user support with the Help Desk, Communication, Program, Education and Outreach teams. This will include maintaining relationships with our users and clients and assisting with the creation and maintenance of support and functional documentation. Candidate should possess project management skills, general technical support skills, excellent customer service skills, and outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Candidate should also be willing to work extended hours and rotating schedules as needed to ensure full coverage for project needs.
